Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, templates, and any other content ("Course Materials") are the exclusive property of Innovate Faith (IF) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view Course Materials for personal, non-commercial use only

• Stream video and audio content through our platform during your active membership

• Download and retain designated resources including templates, worksheets, tools, and guides marked as "downloadable resources"

• Print downloadable resources for personal reference and use

• Use downloadable resources in your personal or business activities as intended

Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, copying, or reproducing video lessons, audio content, course presentations, or any core instructional materials

• Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any video or audio course content

• Sharing, distributing, or transmitting core Course Materials or downloadable resources to any third party

• Creating derivative works based on proprietary course methodologies or frameworks

• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account

• Using Course Materials for commercial training or resale without written permission

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source materials from streaming content

Note: While you may download designated resources for personal use, sharing these resources with others is prohibited.

 

Content Theft Penalties

 

Liquidated Damages

Due to the difficulty in calculating actual damages from content theft, you agree to pay liquidated damages of $10,000 per violation for any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of Course Materials. This amount represents a reasonable estimate of our losses and is not intended as a penalty.

Additional Remedies

In addition to liquidated damages, violations may result in:

• Immediate termination of membership without refund

• Legal action for copyright infringement under federal law

• Injunctive relief to prevent further violations

• Recovery of all attorney fees and court costs

• Criminal prosecution where applicable

 

Statutory Damages

You acknowledge that copyright infringement may result in statutory damages up to $150,000 per work infringed, plus attorney fees, under federal copyright law.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage patterns and detect unauthorized access

• Use digital watermarking and tracking technologies

• Investigate suspected violations

• Cooperate with law enforcement and anti-piracy organizations

• Terminate access based on suspicious activity

DMCA and Takedown Procedures

We will aggressively pursue removal of pirated content through:

• DMCA takedown notices

• Platform reporting procedures

• Legal action against hosting providers

• Collaboration with anti-piracy services

 

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of Course Materials, please report it immediately to legal@innovatefaith.com.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

1. You understand the serious legal and financial consequences of content theft

2. You will respect all intellectual property rights

3. You will immediately report any suspected violations

4. You accept personal responsibility for all activity on your account

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all fees paid, and legal action for damages up to $150,000 per violation plus attorney fees.
